• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of experience
• Bridge design and analysis
• PE
• Proficient in AutoCAD, RISA, STAADPro, Open Bridge
• Knowledge of state DOT Procedures and Policies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
