We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our Wichita, KS team. The candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical estimation and the ability to analyze and evaluate all aspects of potential projects to set pricing that ensures Central Consolidated remains competitive and profitable. This person is motivated and looking to grow the business while managing quality and consistency of products and service delivery in accordance with Central Consolidated standards, providing the customer with an exceptional experience.

• Consider factors such as labor costs, material costs, equipment rental, project locations, facility costs, and required permits.
• Analyze job plans, visit the job site, and compile material costs.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project meets all financial obligations.
• Refer to previously completed projects to help prepare future estimates.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and equipment vendors.
