We are currently hiring Sales Representatives to support outbound sales programs for both consumer and business markets. In this role, you’ll connect with prospects and customers via outbound calls, drive customer acquisition, upsell existing accounts, and provide detailed information about client products and services.

- POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supports customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers nationwide each week to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer interactions, you will need to be confident, fully engaged, a team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
- Research and resolve customer issues using internal systems and cross-functional collaboration
- Accurately document interactions and process claims
- Follow all scripts, policies, and procedures as outlined by the client
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Ensure first-call resolution through effective communication and problem-solving
- Stay current with program updates through training and team meetings
- Meet all attendance and scheduling requirements

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- High reliability and punctuality
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to multitask, self-manage, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles (especially in a contact center)
- Experience in state or federal roles is a plus
