Service Advisor

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers informed about work progress. Your passion will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential, with a commission-driven pay plan.

What You'll Do:

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers informed of work progress

What You’ll Need for the Role:

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is a plus
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure:

The pay range for this role considers various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. The estimated total annual compensation (base pay + variable) is $50,000 - $80,000+.
