Handling tax in such a large, sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager, you will apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to complex issues. You will have the support of engaging colleagues and opportunities to progress your career.
Responsibilities- Lead teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is essential.
- Spend time on a variety of tax planning projects, responsibilities and tasks for a diverse client base.
- Provide up-to-date tax advice that clients can rely on.
- Develop clear, intelligent plans and approaches to improve clients' tax activities.
- Research clients business operations and tailor advice to their specific needs.
- Supervise a motivated team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their full potential.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
- Extensive knowledge in real estate tax technical and transaction skills (partnership taxation, REITs, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring).
- Experience managing budgets, people and projects; business development within the market.
- Technical writing and research experience in a tax context; ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
- Strong influencing skills and the confidence to question existing processes.
- Willingness to travel as needed; ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.
- CPA qualification or membership in a state bar.

- The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
