• Manage the full
  Finance & Insurance process
  from start to finish
• Present financing, insurance, and protection products in a clear, ethical, and professional manner
• Work with lending partners to secure competitive approvals and funding
• Ensure strict compliance with all
  state and federal regulations
• Deliver a smooth, transparent, and confident customer experience
• Partner with dealership leadership to help build processes at a new location

• Proven Finance & Insurance experience is REQUIRED
• RV experience is
  NOT required
• Experience from the following backgrounds is strongly encouraged:
  • Automotive dealership F&I
  • Banking or lending
  • RV dealership
  • Other structured finance-driven sales environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and performance-driven mindset
