Drives enterprise growth by identifying, evaluating, and quantifying strategic opportunities across markets, customers, products, partnerships, and technology, with primary accountability for the financial case behind them. Builds the revenue forecasts, profitability analyses, and business cases that influence which opportunities the Bank pursues, and measures results against those cases after launch. Analyzes internal and market data to surface trends, test assumptions, and support recommendations.

Evaluates emerging banking, payments, fintech, artificial intelligence, and automation capabilities for commercial viability and practical fit within a regulated environment. Partners with the Strategy and Innovation business unit leader to establish success metrics, monitor performance, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver expected financial and customer value. Works closely with business lines, Finance, Technology, Information Security, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other teams as needed so that pilots and implementations are aligned with the Bank's strategic priorities, measurable, secure, well-governed, and compliant.

Ensures a high level of customer service is delivered and promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Maintains strict standards of confidentiality and performs duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's Character Qualities.

• Build the financial models, revenue forecasts, and profitability analyses behind enterprise strategic opportunities, including cost structures, break-even timing, and expected return on investment.
• Size the revenue potential of new products, markets, channels, partnerships, and business lines, including addressable market, realistic adoption assumptions, pricing, and the sensitivities that would change the recommendation.
• Analyze the profitability of existing products, services, and customer segments; identify where margin is being earned or eroded; and recommend pricing, mix, or structural changes.
• Translate strategic opportunities into clear business cases, decision memos, presentations, and pilot plans that state scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks, dependencies, implementation needs and expected financial returns.
• Perform hands-on analysis of transaction, deposit, lending, and customer data to surface trends, test assumptions, and support strategic recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reporting that make the financial performance of strategic initiatives visible to leadership.
• Research and evaluate emerging banking, payments, fintech, artificial intelligence, and automation capabilities, and assess which are commercially viable and operationally practical for the Bank.
• Evaluate potential vendors and fintech partners on economics as well as capability, including pricing models, revenue share, switching costs, and total cost to implement and support.
