We're hiring experienced ALLIED-Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas — earn up to $1670 - $1757 per week while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Utilize performance metrics to track and improve personal success.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all procedures.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and guidelines.

Provide support and mentorship to junior respiratory therapists.

Engage in community outreach to promote respiratory health awareness.

Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist in Kansas.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Experience in administering respiratory therapy treatments in a clinical setting.

Strong understanding of respiratory health and treatment options.

Track record of using performance metrics to improve personal success.

Ability to monitor and assess patient progress effectively.

Experience in collaborating with a healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Knowledge of safety and health regulations in respiratory therapy.

Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
