Physical Therapy By Phoenix is seeking an outpatient physical therapist for our South Wichita, KS clinic that is engaging and friendly with a drive to pursue exceptional clinical quality. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional improvement, pain reduction, and long‑term wellness in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

Compensation

$68,000 – $78,000

Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Current and active state physical therapy license
  • New graduates are welcome
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one‑on‑one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate
  • Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and recovery expectations
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care
  • Ensure informed consent by clearly communicating expected benefits, risks, and alternatives
  • Discharge patients when goals are met and provide recommendations or referrals as needed

  • Foundational clinical reasoning using evidence‑based principles
  • Ability to learn new techniques and adapt to new information

  • Effective time management for balancing caseload and documentation
