• Serve as an internal expert for the assigned program, optimizing processes and communicating expectations
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned payer personnel to advance initiatives
• Lead cross-functional program execution, collaborating with internal partners for feedback and consensus
• Educate internal stakeholders on evolving payer practices regarding pricing, reimbursement, and claims processing
• Identify opportunities to improve or build programs that align with the employer's corporate goals

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong background in reimbursement operations and fluency in insurance and medical terminology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to various audiences
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of delivering results through collaboration

• Experience in executing strategies to improve results within a large organization
• Highly developed organizational and planning skills
• Knowledgeable in reimbursement and appeals processes
