On behalf Mercure Larnaca City Hotel, a brand new 4
* boutique hotel operated by Solaar Hospitality, we seek to recruit Barmen/Barwomen. There is the possibility to work full-time or part-time, as well as all year round or seasonal employment.

Mercure City Hotel is a contemporary hotel nestled in the heart of Larnaca. With its prime city location, a mere 3-minute walk to Finikoudes beach, stylish accommodations, and exceptional amenities, Mercure City Hotel offers guests an unforgettable stay with international hospitality standard infused with local charm.

• Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as per the hotel’s menus.
• Takes orders for the bar.
• Informs about supply needs and replenishments for the bar.
• Provides high-quality guest experience, characterized by professionalism, efficiency, friendliness, and discretion, always in line with the hotel’s guidelines.
• Handles guest requests in an efficient and effective manner, seeking support from management if required.
• Cooperates with other departments of the hotel to ensure high guest satisfaction levels.
• Undertakes any other relevant duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management.

• Knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of the Greek and other languages will be considered an advantage.
• Very comfortable dealing with guests as well as setting and clearing tables in the dining room.
• Attentive to the well-being of guests and your team throughout your service, being caring and multi-skilled.
• A bit of a salesman, like to bring a personal touch in advising guests on the products on the menu.
• Be an EU citizen or have a valid residence and work permit to work in Cyprus.
