- Client requests that you participate in a pre-event conference call, date and time to be determined. You will be paid for this time.
- Client requests that you prepare the meeting rooms with materials, register attendees, and assist with the networking reception.
- Client may request that you deliver meeting materials to contracted shipping vendor within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion. If this is required, you will be paid for this time.
- Client requests that you call or email Client immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
