The Campus Recruiter role entails leading the entire recruitment process for campus hires across various business roles within the organization. This role focuses on attracting and hiring top talent from both local and international markets, managing strategic planning, process execution, and finalizing hires. Furthermore, the position involves leadership in the development, management, and execution of prominent recruitment events and outreach programs, aimed at boosting student recruitment to meet the University's enrollment objectives.

Review of Professional Skills and Functions for Campus Recruiter
1. Campus Recruitment Duties
  • Onboarding:
    Support the backend support team by driving onboarding.
  • Tracking:
    Update and monitor applicant tracking systems and report on hiring statistics.
  • Programming Development:
    Develop and implement on-campus programming to address different populations of students.
  • Impact Evaluation:
    Evaluate the impact of programming on student recruitment.
  • Partnership Creation:
    Create cross-campus partnerships with key service areas identified as important initial contacts for prospective students and their supporters.
  • Reporting:
    Report to the Associate Director of Campus Visits and Events.
  • Faculty

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with faculty representatives appointed by the deans of CMU's colleges.
  • Diversity Support:
    Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses.
2. Campus Recruitment Details
  • Recruitment Planning:
    Create yearly recruitment plans to meet the changing needs of clients.
  • Channel Development:
    Explore and develop new channels to connect students with Oracle.
  • Assessment Management:
    Manage high-volume, technical, and competency-based assessments.
  • Consulting:
    Provide advanced client consulting and candidate management.
  • Diversity Focus:
    Focus on diversity initiatives in the early talent space.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Engage senior stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Risk Management:

    Work closely with teams to proactively manage project risks and ensure timely mitigation planning is in place for continued delivery.
  • Agile Participation:
    Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, and Retrospective.
  • Community Involvement:
    Take part in social activities, community service events, and projects with other interns.
3. Campus Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities
  • Visit Coordination:
    Arrange and attend company visits and meetings.
  • Research Reporting:
    Provide quality and timely research reports.
  • Academy Management:
    Manage the Atos Internship Recruitment Academy.
  • Campus Leadership:
    Lead the overall campus initiatives of the HR Hub.
  • Partnership Development:
    Proactively establish new partnership initiatives with universities across the country.
  • Event Participation:
    Attend virtual career fairs and university lectures.
  • Hiring Support:
    Work closely with hiring managers to understand and follow their needs.
  • System Management:
    Update and manage the relevant statuses in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Advisory Support:
    Provide opinions and recommendations on sectors and companies to fund managers.

    Closely collaborate with universities to promote the Atos brand and attract candidates for internships.

Job Summary
  • Campus Recruitment Management:
    Manage full-cycle campus recruitment for interns and entry-level analysts.
  • Talent Attraction:
    Utilize a wide range of online and offline sources to attract and recruit top-tier entry-level talent.
  • Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain relationships with college career centers.
  • Event Monitoring:
    Keep a pulse on campus recruitment events and/or career fairs that NRG can participate in.
  • Recruitment Solutions:
    Work directly with hiring teams to understand entry-level hiring needs, providing recruitment solutions accordingly.
  • Job Description Development:
    Collaborate with hiring teams on drafting and maintaining compelling job descriptions for entry-level positions at the company.
  • Position Advertising:
    Advertise all internship and analyst positions on the company website using the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and third-party college job boards.
  • Candidate Review:
    Review applications to determine the most qualified candidates and conduct preliminary interviews for internship and analyst positions.
  • Diversity Initiatives:
    Partner with the recruiting team on diversity hiring initiatives.
  • College Engagement Auditing:
    Audit the existing list of colleges NRG engages with and research additional colleges and/or campus clubs to recruit from.
5. Campus Recruitment Accountabilities
  • Communication:
    Communicate positively and proactively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Effectiveness:
    Ensure recruitment effectiveness and an overall positive experience.
  • Offer Management:
    Create offer letters, extend and negotiate final offers and benefit details, and promptly address any candidate questions.
