Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and efficient HR Coordinator to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department by managing various administrative tasks and assisting with HR-related processes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee files and data with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration, self-service tools and attendance reviews
  • Create and update dashboards to generate reports for site management
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documents
  • Support the HR team with performance management processes and employee relations
  • Assist with organizing company events and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR or related administrative experience
  • Experience in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Designs and develops critical employee dashboards, aligned with business requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish, Vietnamese, or Swahili)
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
