Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic Global Payroll Analyst to join a global, fast-paced technology services organization. The role focuses on payroll processing and equity compensation, with opportunities to contribute to global payroll strategy and system enhancements.
Responsibilities- Managing the processing of multi-country payroll across various regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Administering equity compensation plans and collaborating with HR, Finance, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of global payroll strategies and solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in global payroll and equity compensation.
- Providing training and support to the payroll team and other internal stakeholders.
- Participating in the design, testing, and implementation of payroll-related system enhancements and projects.
- Preparing and presenting analytical reports to senior management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and equity compensation, preferably within the Tech Services industry.
- Proven experience in managing multi-country payroll in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and equity compensation best practices, regulations, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
