Job Title

Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts, including interviewing, pre-onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers/HR team.
  • Actively source and search for qualified candidates through company ATS, job boards, referral programs and other recruiting platforms.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating candidate records/dispositions, maintaining accurate data in the ATS, and preparing recruiting-related documentation.
  • Assist with pre-employment checks, including background screenings, reference checks and technical assessments as needed.
  • Support new-hire orientation and assist candidates through the pre-onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned by the HR Business Partner.
Job Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting or HR experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills; must adapt to changing priorities throughout the workday.
  • Must be professional in both appearance and behavior.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written skills, along with a strong understanding of email etiquette.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual and biliterate (Spanish/English) highly preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
