Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Comp: Base salary + uncapped commissions

This is a full-cycle, high-volume recruiting role for local healthcare professionals. It’s a great fit for someone looking to start a career in recruiting, we’ll train and support the right person!

What you'll do:

• Source, screen, and place healthcare candidates across Kansas
• Manage job postings, interviews, and offers
• Build long‑term relationships with job seekers
• Learn from a high‑growth team and gain recruiting expertise
