As a Product Manager at Field Assist, you will own and scale a core product module or customer journey from vision to delivery. You’ll lead roadmap strategy, integrate market insights, and build scalable solutions that drive customer success, retention, and revenue growth.

About

the role
  • Lead 360° problem-solving—from defining product challenges to validating solutions and
    testing assumptions through data analysis and pilot rollouts.
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and UATs to deliver high-quality, user-centric releases
    on time.
  • Collaborate with Tech, Customer Success, Sales, and Design teams to translate client
    requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Handle enterprise client discussions, onboarding previews, and escalations with clear, data driven
    communication.
  • Use frameworks like RICE and MoSCoW to prioritize features based on revenue, impact, and
    scalability.
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Replit) to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and
    boost delivery efficiency.
  • Monitor product adoption, friction points, and UX metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for
  • 2–3 years of product experience in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SQL and dashboard analytics is
    a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration, documentation, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW) and Agile delivery.
  • Curiosity to learn, adapt, and build scalable, customer-centric products.
