We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Wichita, KS
. As a Data Analyst, y ou’ll transform raw data into actionable insights, working cross-functionally to guide strategy, optimize performance, and drive business growth.
This role will work on-site in Wichita, KS with hybrid scheduling.

Essential functions of the role:

Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, cleanse, integrate, and model data from diverse sources, ensuring quality and scalability

Analysis & Problem Solving: Proactively mine data, run statistical tests or regressions, identify trends, outliers, and problem areas that impact KPIs

Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and generate regular reports with clear, compelling visualizations

Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Work with business leads and cross-functional teams to understand data needs, define metrics, translate insights into strategic recommendation

Analytics storytelling: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations tailored for non-technical stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making

• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or business degree, or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements

Experience with a BI visualization tools such as Tableau or Power

BI is required

Experience with Python or PySpark is preferred

Familiarity with Azure cloud environment is preferred

Familiarity with Databricks is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
