Software Implementation Specialist – Keycentrix
Keycentrix is a provider of software and IT services to the pharmacy and healthcare industry. As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will analyze customer operations, determine functional needs for our software products, and create and deliver specialized onboarding and training programs. Your communication style will be welcoming, professional, polite, and patient while working to architect customers’ technology footprint.
Job Responsibilities- Consult with users to determine the functional specifications required for implementation of our software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural issues reported by customers during workflow engineering or escalated from customer support.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with each customer in your portfolio and drive customer loyalty through actionable advice and product knowledge.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all Keycentrix products, including hardware and software.
- Manage implementation projects and provide status updates to leadership internally and externally.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer-care operational efficiencies.
- Ensure clear, prompt, and efficient communication.
- Provide ongoing consultation on technical operations.
- Ensure all products are delivered on time and that customers receive effective training that reduces reliance on customer care for training issues.
- Travel up to 50% of the time and occasionally deploy/configure applications after hours.
- Continuously improve training methodologies for Keycentrix.
- Successfully migrate customers from Sales to Customer Care.
- Program and script customer queries, reports, custom labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Design and implement solutions for external application programming interfaces.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and technology.
- Preferred technical qualifications:
Microsoft Technology Associate (IT Infrastructure), SQL, XML, understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician or 3 years Pharmacy Technician experience preferred; other healthcare-related occupations considered.
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc.) preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively; high level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time‑management.
