We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist with a large-scale device transition initiative impacting approximately 9,000 lines. This project will run throughout 2026 and involves supporting end-users with permissions setup, routing numbers, password and PIN assistance.
Responsibilities- Provide phone and remote support for device transition issues.
- Assist with permissions, routing numbers, passwords, and PIN resets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows 10, Office 365, and device setup.
- Manage tickets using Service Now or similar systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Candidates must be open to working either of the following shifts (40 hour work week):
- Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (1-hour lunch)
- Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST (1-hour lunch)
- Saturday coverage: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (remote, lunch 12:30-1:30 PM)
Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
