The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Administering the grant life cycle from receipt of request through sponsorship or grant execution. Tasks include recording and tracking incoming proposals, writing summaries for program officer review, drafting decision correspondence, generating payment, and executing sponsor benefits to include ads, signage, tables, etc.
- Custom reporting to support bank giving strategies, budget tracking, and to capture grant progress and outcomes.
- The integrity of the bank’s database and record-keeping to support CRA eligible contributions and our annual impact report.
- Serving as the social media team lead working in collaboration with the Volunteer Manager.
- Supporting large-scale events and initiatives as an integral part of the Corporate Social Responsibility team.
Requirements for the position include:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with professional problem-solving, multi-tasking, and working with deadlines.
- Experience with Blackbaud Grantmaking a plus.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours and to travel when necessary.
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Three+ years of demonstrated experience
