Seeking candidates for aERP Analyst to work with a ERP Development team.

Our Ideal candidate would have these professional skills and

Experience:

• Works with Command contract, Command Procurement, Command Business Intelligence modules, Command MRP, Command CRM as well as SAPERP.
• Process and data flow of Source data through the business process supported by the configured software.
• Strong awareness of sourcing rules and how to utilize.
• Understand aspects of business in management, finance, procurement, outsourcing, shipping, price analysis, asset tracking, logistics, and overall functions of the business.
• Who understand how has experience writing code and has in-depth understanding of the code
• Who understand how to develop business requirements and work as a liaison between business and development team
• Who can convert ASP.NET code to Java to build BRDs, Work Flows and integrate new modules
• Works with Procurement and Sourcing, Supplier Life Cycle management, Supplier information hub, and integrations to the solution to ensure proper data flow that aligns to the business process.
• Also will work with both planning and manufacturing teams who create the procurement requests.

• Ability to understand and assess proposed solutions in order to determine how closely they meet requirements and if they will deliver the desired business outcomes. The ability to understand the organization, and its readiness, to determine what is necessary to transition to the solution.
• Systems Analysis
• Ability to apply a technique that composes or decomposes a system into its component pieces for the purpose of the studying how well those component parts that were designed (or purchased) and configured to work and interact holistically to accomplish their purpose.
• Organizational Awareness
• Understands and works in line with the organization’s mission, operations, structure, and goals; understands informal structures and processes of the organization; understands organization-level implications of his or her day-to-day decisions.
• Experience:
  
  Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
• 3-5 years of Java implementation experience on the related ERP or similar of configuration
• Also rough understanding of other legacy interactions with procurement solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years’ experience with full development lifecycle from concept through implementation
• 4+ years’ experience in JAVA/J2EE (Middleware/Web Services(SOAP/REST) application design and development.
• 5+ years experience with J2EE Application Server (preferably Tomcat)
• 3-5 years of Java implementation experience on the related ERP or similar of configuration
• Also rough understanding of other legacy interactions with procurement solutions.
• OOPS Concepts, String/String Buffer, Java Collections (e.g. Hash Map, Concurrent Hash Map , Synchronized Map, Hash Table), Multithread (Executor Framework), Exception Handling, Data Structures and Java Generics and other miscellaneous CORE Java areas (e.g. static/final/synchronize..etc.)
• RESTful Webservices:
  
  Spring, Spring MVC or Spring Rest or Jersey
• SOAP Webservices:
  
  Spring, Spring WS or Axis or CXF
• UNIX Basic Commands
• Database SQL Queries

Degree Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience
• Preferred: MBA graduate who understand the overall business functions
• Preferred:
  Certification in any ERP software, SAP, Oracle, Command, etc.
• Preferred:
  Certification in Programming languages:
  Java, ASP.NET, etc.
