As a Technology Risk professional, you will assess & address client issues such as business performance variability, cybersecurity risk management, cybersecurity resilience, application security integrity, and IT risk management. You will belong to a network of specialists helping our clients transform risk functions and support cybersecurity assurance solutions that enable risk management and governance.

As our Technology Risk practice continues to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Manager focused on cybersecurity risk and controls and technology enablement to manage client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

• Provide technical and project leadership to your team members, build relationships with clients, and deliver quality client services.
• Drive high-value work products within expected time frames and budget; monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Use knowledge of the current IT environment and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues, communicate via written correspondence and verbal presentations.
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment; counsel and mentor junior consultants.
• relationships with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems for improved security at procedural and technology levels.
• Assist with cultivating and managing business development opportunities and present ways to serve clients.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge and assimilate new knowledge quickly.

You will leverage your proven track record of technologies and cybersecurity experience, strong project management skills, to effectively lead and motivate client engagement teams.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity risk management, core cybersecurity fundamentals, internal controls, advanced project management, client service, leadership, and coaching.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally and a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Experience assessing cybersecurity risk programs and knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SANS CSC or other relevant frameworks.
• Industry-related certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISA). Non-certified hires must become certified within 1 year.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range in the US: $111,600 to $204,700; specific metros higher ranges. Benefits include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), paid time off.
• A flexible hybrid working model: 40‑60% in-office for most client-serving roles.
• A flexible vacation policy; time off for holidays, breaks, personal/family care, and other leaves.
