Job Title : AWS Cloud Engineer
Duration : 3-6 months
Location:
Wichita Kansas or Green bay WI onsite 5/days
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering AWS services in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Experience using Linux-based systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues.
- Understanding of CI/CD deployment practices.
- Ability to follow established technical procedures, change controls, and operational standards.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating maintenance with engineers and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Istio and Gloo Gateway.
- Experience with Argo CD, Helm, and Kubernetes networking components.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience supporting production cloud platforms and executing scheduled maintenance windows.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or comparable practical experience.
