Site Reliability Engineer

We believe the best technology engineers ask why before they ask how, and that's the Site Reliability Engineer we're recruiting in Wichita. At PwC, $81,000 - $125,000 buys a senior seat, but 7 years of Azure Dev Ops buys you the ownership that comes with it.

• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early
• Carry the Observability platform work that makes PwC's next KS expansion boring
• Trace a builder-led technology bug across three Observability services to the one bad line
• Spike an Empathy proof of concept fast when PwC needs a yes-or-no answer

• 6 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it
• 5+ years that left you with strong instincts and few
• The kind of listening that makes the other person feel heard
• The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard
• Willingness to relocate to Wichita, KS, or to make remote work
• Senior mastery of Istio, validated by people who'd hire you again
• Hands‑on command of Observability, with Serverless as a close second

PwC is the empathy-led Wichita company that turned a niche technology obsession into something the whole KS now uses. Our Wichita team would rather over-communicate than leave a teammate guessing at midnight.
