Applicant needs to be professional, strong sales background and a current active insurance license with the State of Kansas, minimum of Property and Casualty Lines.
We offer Top pay in the P&C insurance industry. Base salary + Commission+ Bi-weekly Bonuses.
- Pay correlated to relevant experience and licenses.
Meet, present, and sell insurance policies to new clients in person or via phone
Identify potential gaps in coverage and cross-selling a strong solution for the client
Build referral resources within the dealershipComply with insurance standards and regulations as well as company standards of documentation
QualificationsMust be currently licensed for property and casualty insurance.
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
Ability to build quick rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitaskAbility and motivation to work during our peak hours of evenings and Saturdays.
Job Type: Full-timePay: $60, $ per year
