Part time Family Law Paralegal

Part-time Family Law paralegal needed for a high-end mediation firm. Remote (must reside in California and have CA family law experience).

Base pay range
: $70.00/hr - $100.00/hr

• Draft mediation agreements for family law matters.
• Assist with high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody and support, prenuptial agreements, and adoptions.
• Provide exceptional negotiation, research, and report-writing skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law paralegal.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California.
• Proven experience handling high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Strong research and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
