Commercial Litigation Associate

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, business torts, and related commercial claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Manage discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, document production, and e‑discovery.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Engage in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal advice.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the State Bar.
• 3‑5 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with trial or deposition exposure.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a litigation caseload.
• Must be in good standing with the Kansas Bar.

• Salary: $100,000 - $145,000
