You will lead commercial ground-up construction projects, including:

• Large-scale commercial and industrial buildings
• Vertical construction with integrated site and utility scopes
• Schedule-driven projects involving multiple trades
• Primarily local work in the Wichita market

You will have full ownership of your projects, including budget, schedule, subcontractor strategy, and client communication, working closely with an experienced Superintendent and operations leadership.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own cost control, forecasting, and monthly financial projections
• Coordinate detailed schedules with Superintendents and subcontractors
• Negotiate, execute, and manage subcontract and purchase order scopes
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams

• Consistent commercial backlog with funded, shovel-ready projects
• Strong internal support from preconstruction, estimating, and operations
• Project Managers are trusted to run work without micromanagement
• Accessible leadership and a clear path to Senior PM or Operations roles

• 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Strong experience on commercial ground-up construction projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
• Relationship-driven leader with strong follow-through
