Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly preferred to facilitate clear communication across our diverse clientele and workforce.

Please note that this is not a remote job - the position requires direct, hands‑on engagement in field activities.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and manage a field crew comprising 1–2 technicians.
- Efficiently communicate job expectations and safety protocols to technicians, both in English and Spanish.
- Act as the primary on‑site leader and customer liaison, ensuring all client interactions are handled professionally.
- Oversee and ensure the completion of all tasks according to established safety standards and company policies.
- Manage the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and job sites to uphold operational standards and safety.
- Report and communicate job progress and any issues back to the office team in a timely manner.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
- Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
- Must be reliable, professional, and accountable in all work responsibilities.
- Capability and comfort working outdoors and performing physical labor.
- Experience in a leadership, foreman, or similar supervisory role is a plus.
- Earning potential of $20–$30 per hour, based on commission earnings and eligibility for leadership bonuses.
- Performance‑based pay structure with no income cap, including extra bonuses for leadership and accountability.
