The Escrow Manager will oversee all escrow operations, manage staff, ensure compliance, and act as the primary point of contact for agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and underwriters. You will be supported by an assistant handling abstractor and title support duties, allowing you to focus on escrow management, client relationships, and office leadership.

  • Resolve title, escrow, and closing issues proactively
  • Run day‑to‑day operations of the office
  • Supervise and delegate work to support staff

  • Deliver high‑level customer service and communication
  • Support business development through professionalism and reliability
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and underwriter regulations
  • Follow best practices for escrow handling, funds disbursement, and recordkeeping
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
  • Prepare for audits and underwriter reviews as needed
Qualifications & Experience
  • Years of prior Escrow Manager or Senior Escrow Officer experience
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Familiarity with title production software

  • Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Professional, ethical, and detail‑oriented
Why Join Us
  • Competitive compensation package (above market for the right candidate)
  • Opportunity to lead and grow a successful office

This is an opportunity to run your own office without owning it—a leadership role where your expertise, judgment, and experience truly matter. If you are an escrow professional ready for the next step in your career and want autonomy, respect, and growth, we want to hear from you.
