Join us in a newly created strategic and influential role where you’ll shape the culture, capability, and performance of the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. As a senior member of the People & Culture team reporting to the Director People and Culture, you will lead organisation-wide initiatives that enhance leadership, strengthen workforce development, and drive positive organisational change. This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and evaluate programs that support a high‑performing, engaged, and future‑ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic OD initiatives across LCLHN.
  • Provide high‑level consultancy, advice, and support to leaders on OD, culture, and workforce development matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including training providers and education institutions.
  • Manage OD projects and work plans to ensure high‑quality delivery and alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Oversee corporate orientation and contribute to leadership development and culture‑building programs.
  • Oversee the mandatory training schedule including accuracy of data and regular reviews (iLearn).
  • Support talent attraction, workforce development activities, and participation in career fairs/expos.
  • Drive continuous improvement of OD processes, training frameworks, and service delivery.
  • Contribute to People & Culture team goals while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.
