Are you a detail-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic environments? In the role of District Sales Manager you will lead a team of Sales Professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive consistent revenue growth. You will coach, motivate, and develop your team to exceed sales targets while embodying Thrasher's purpose and values. Your leadership will directly impact the success of the business and the lives of the people you serve.

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing hands‑on coaching, training, and support.
• Monitor performance metrics and hold your team accountable to sales goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Drive team engagement through clear communication, recognition, and consistent feedback.
• Foster a competitive, positive culture where your team is inspired to grow, win, and deliver value.
• Participate in sales appointments as needed to model best practices and close skill gaps.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
