MAX Aerostructures is seeking a full‑time Special Processing Planner to create and maintain special processing and heat‑treat plans for all new and existing products.

• Experience in aerospace special processing operations compliant with NADCAP and most aerospace customer specifications.
• Extensive knowledge of chemical processing, including chem film, anodize (Boric), NDT (PT & MT), priming, and painting.
• Experience with heat‑treating operations is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications and communicate requirements to production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with others.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.

• Read and interpret blueprints, customer specifications, testing procedures, NADCAP, and industry standards.
• Assist in estimating new work and developing pricing and plans to support.
• Collaborate with special processing operations, on‑site NDT Level III, quality, and engineering groups to build effective special process plans for new products and improve existing processes.
• Create and maintain written and visual work instructions for each special process step in a standard format that effectively communicates all processing and testing requirements.
• Support the quality group by overseeing in‑process and final inspection.
• Field questions and ensure the final product is complaint prior to C of C completion.
• Manage the paint inventory system and any additional administrative duties assigned.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in NADCAP‑approved special processes is required.
