PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise shift while producing fiberglass products as scheduled
  • Attain production goals as specified by Plant Manager
  • Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
  • Maintain weekly employee attendance records
  • Maintain accurate production data
  • Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
  • Wear appropriate PPE
  • Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process
  • Forklift license
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
  • Standing up to 12 hours daily
  • Walking up to 12 hours daily
  • Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
  • Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
  • Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
  • Travel less than 10%
