Blake Clotia is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our high-performance millwork team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to fabricate high-quality architectural millwork and cabinetry components. From interpreting digital CAD files to ensuring millwork precision and maintaining safety standards, you’ll play a critical role in our fabrication process.

• Operate CNC routers, beam saws, and other CNC machinery to fabricate wood components.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD files, fabrication drawings, and cut-lists with accuracy.
• Set up, calibrate, and program machines for daily operations.
• Load and unload materials while adhering to all safety procedures.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections for quality assurance.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, project managers, and shop team members.

• 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience in a millwork or cabinetry setting preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, calipers, and understand both metric and imperial measurements.
• Knowledge of woodworking materials, tooling, and fabrication techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and quality.
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative in troubleshooting.
• Forklift certification required (training provided if needed).
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand/walk for 6–10 hours per shift.

Monday–Friday

Extended workdays may be required based on project needs.
