About the Job:

The Aseptic Automation Technician will operate automated manufacturing equipment used to create products with a focus on patient safety and quality; they will ensure that equipment is operating appropriately to meet manufacturing demand.

• Operate and maintain automated filling equipment.
• Perform set‑up, teardown, and cleaning of automated equipment.
• Maintain cleanroom conditions by gowning, sanitation, and following cGMP procedures.
• Ensure assigned equipment validation activities are up to date.
• Assess equipment performance and assist in troubleshooting any challenges that arise.
• Take inventory to identify components needed to fulfil production batches, as scheduled.
• Coordinate and communicate with compounding and dispensing teams to obtain supplies needed to turn products, and communicate with both aseptic and post‑production teams.
• Document batch records, log use, maintenance, and cleaning of all equipment, and cleaning logs appropriately.
• Maintain gowning standards on a semi‑annual basis.
• Perform initial and routine qualifications for equipment, including media fills, if required.
• Follow standard operating procedures for the completion of assigned tasks.
• Clock in and out for each scheduled shift in a timely manner.
