Electronics Assembler - Day shift Wichita

Electronics Assembler – Wichita, Full time (Day Shift)

Pay: $19‑22 per hour
40‑hour work week, typically 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (may go as late as 5:00 p.m.)
Direct hire with benefits
Location is Wichita – the role cannot be worked remotely
Monday through Friday

As an assembler, you will assemble electronic components into high‑quality finished products, conduct final testing on a variety of aircraft instruments, and ensure each item meets our high manufacturing standards for reliability and performance.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of a‑year electronics degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience.
• At least one year of experience assembling avionics equipment such as pressure gauges, batteries, and inverters.
• Proficiency with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of advanced analog and digital electronics.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem‑solving, critical thinking, and prioritization abilities.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency with PCB soldering (training provided if needed).

• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Good eye‐hand coordination.
• Occasional lift and carry independently up to 50 lbs.
• Constant handling, feeling, and manipulation of small objects.
• Use of small tools such as screwdrivers, tweezers, and wire cutters.
