We manufacture industrial clutches and brakes and provide critical components to the growing wind power industry. • Coordinate and sequence production, managing the full workflow across the Machine Shop, Engineering, Assembly, and Purchasing departments.
• Systematize the review of work schedules and ensure timely delivery and monitoring of raw materials and inventory to maintain continuous operations.
• Monitor job order execution, proactively prioritize tasks, and adjust production schedules to guarantee on‑time delivery commitments.
• Effectively use inventory management software to maintain accuracy and control material movement throughout the production cycle.

• Schedule:
  
  Consistent full‑time, first‑shift hours (closing at 4:30 PM).
• Compensation:
  Pay will be discussed during the interview process, based on experience.

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 2 years of relevant scheduling experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge:
  Must possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and excellent organizational skills. Manufacturing industry experience is a significant plus.
• Systems:
  Proficiency in using inventory management and scheduling software (E2).
