Shift: Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm‑12:00 am;
Friday 10:00 am‑2:00 pm

The Ovens & Autoclaves Operator will operate and maintain ovens and autoclaves used in the production of various products. The operator will work in a team environment and ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards.

• Operate and maintain ovens and autoclaves used in production.
• Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust oven and autoclave settings as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on ovens and autoclaves.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work in a team environment to meet production goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating and maintaining ovens and autoclaves.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Able to work in a heated environment.
• Able to climb steps.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
