This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants must be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and be a U.S. Citizen. It is a full‑time role with flexible work hours and 40 hours per week, available 6 am – 7 pm Monday to Friday.

• Compliance with EAR/ITAR; eligibility to work in the U.S. as a citizen or authorized worker.

Working onsite for Spirit Aero Systems Project Stand‑Fast. Implementing standard fastener kits to support lean manufacturing and create better visual instructions. Duties include filling kits with fasteners and washers for daily production demand.

• Read standard identification numbers.
• Identify the location of fasteners to fill kits from cell centers.
• Communicate with mechanics on issues with incorrect or defective fasteners.
• Ensure proper positioning and orientation of fasteners in the foam.
• Track requests for replenishment of cell centers.
• Use technical reference materials.
• Maintain correct daily kit count aligned with line output.
• Coordinate with the standards team for process enhancements.
• Perform hot‑shot procedures as needed.
• Ensure process improvements meet targets.
• Lift 10–20 pounds and stand for extended periods as required.

• Able to work 40 hours a week. Available work times are 6 am – 7 pm Monday through Friday.
