Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively seeking Machinist with 7 years of experience in the Aviation industry for an assignment in Wichita.
Job Description
- 7 years CNC machining experience working with conventional mills and lathes, must have CNC experience operating 3 and 5 axis mills and preferred experience in machining prototype parts and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents
- Basic knowledge of properties of mild steel, stainless steel, Titanium and aluminum applicable to part fabrication
- Ability to use and interpret a variety of precision measurement instruments
- Working knowledge of shop and trigonometry mathematics
- Ability to perform machine set-ups
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CATIA with a clear understanding of NC codes.
