** RESPONSIBILITIES**:
* Perform visual inspection of part and traveler
* Verify specific material callouts on traveler
* Verify material certificates to the Customers’ parts list
* Verify accuracy of job/workmanship when performing job
* Maintain specifications by observing operations and the wear and tear on shear machine
* Perform material handling safety procedures
* Verify accuracy of job/workmanship when performing job
* Maintain specifications by observing operations
* Adhere to all quality assurance procedures and processes
* Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality
* Miscellaneous tasks as assigned## Qualifications
** EXPERIENCE**:
* Minimum one year experience with a saw and/or shear in an aerospace setting
* Ability to read blueprints and decipher drawings
** REQUIREMENTS**:
* Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
* Familiar with safety standards and PPE utilized in a manufacturing setting
* Must have reliable transportation and be able to work overtime when needed
* Ability to read, write and understand English
* Proficient in blue print reading
* Knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring tools, such as calipers and scales
* Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Detail oriented
