** DESCRIPTION**:
Responsible for the deburring and trimming of sheet metal aluminum parts per Customers engineering drawings and specifications.
** EXPERIENCE**:
* Minimum two years experience in deburr, scribe and/or trim in a manufacturing setting
* Ability to read blueprints and decipher drawings
** REQUIREMENTS**:
* Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
* Familiar with safety standards and PPE utilized in a manufacturing setting
* Must have reliable transportation and be able to work overtime when needed
* Ability to read, write and understand English
* Proficient in blue print reading
* Knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring tools, such as calipers, height gages and radius gage sets
* Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Detail oriented
** RESPONSIBILITIES**:
* Perform visual inspection of manufactured parts and traveler
* Confirm material specifications as given on traveler
* Verify accuracy of job and workmanship when performing jobs
* Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
* Maintain specifications by troubleshooting processes and detecting malfunctions
* Verify profile, pilot holes and cutouts are clean of scratches and burrs
* Operate assigned hand tools such as die grinders to ensure accuracy of parts
* Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for all new and different requests
* Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
* Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality
* Miscellaneous tasks as assigned## Qualifications
