A company is looking for a Lead Generation Marketing Manager to drive lead generation efforts and support growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the marketing lead generation funnel to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to sales.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to nurture prospects and deliver Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Report on and evaluate marketing campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant demand generation marketing experience in a B2B role, ideally in technology or public sector.
- Proven ability to deliver lead generation goals and manage data‑driven marketing campaigns.
- Experience with Hub Spot or other marketing automation software.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and paid media targeting preferred.
