Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

We re hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas — earn up to ($1895 - $1995 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in professional development and training programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures.
• Utilize data to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
• Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.
• Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
• Assist in training new nursing staff as needed.

• Current RN license and certification in critical care nursing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an ICU setting.
• Strong adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Proficiency in administering IV medications and critical care protocols.
• Experience with performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ability to educate patients and families effectively.
• Willingness to assist in training and mentoring new staff.
• Excellent documentation skills for patient care and outcomes.
