Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a 13-week Med/Surg Ortho Neuro nursing assignment requiring a valid RN license and BLS certification.

• Work in a 41-bed ortho/spine and general Med/Surg unit
• Patient population includes ortho, spine, and general medical-surgical cases
• Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week contract assignment
• Travelers must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address
• Local candidates will be considered at a reduced pay rate according to the facility's radius rule, which varies by state
• COVID vaccination is not a requirement for this position
• Candidates should be prepared to provide two professional references and a copy of their driver's license during the onboarding process

• Active RN license required with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• Completion of MOAB De-Escalation Training recommended
