Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse
Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities- Responsible for rendering professional clinical care within the medical practice in support of and as directed by the physicians.
- Maintain a high-turnover patient shot schedule; ensure current records and general Allergy Clinic upkeep.
- Have a good knowledge of insurances due to the high volume of patients and repeat patients.
- Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach and be willing and able to learn all aspects of the Allergy Department from testing to shots, to mixing.
- LPN license (current)
- Medical office and Electronic Health Record experience required
Requires frequent sitting and standing, walking, some lifting of patients, stooping and bending. Assist patients in wheelchairs. Requires phone communication, data entry and working at a computer for periods of time.
