Here’s what you will do as a College Hill RN|LPN|LVN:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess resident care plans, implement interventions and evaluate outcomes related to nursing care
- Assist with team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans; assess and document residents’ condition and nursing needs; assign team members who have the capabilities and qualifications to meet residents’ needs
- Implement physician’s orders; administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents and family members
- Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
- Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
- Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Document treatments as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations
- Coordinate nursing care of residents scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments
- Record and report observations and reactions regarding residents
- Perform additional duties as assigned

If you have these qualifications, we’d love to chat:
- Valid RN license in the State of Kansas
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience OR equivalent of education and experience
